How do we begin?
Start by sharing your goal and a short description of the project. We discuss your needs, clarify the scope and prepare an individual proposal.
How is the project timeline agreed?
We confirm the schedule after defining the scope, content needs and integrations. Your proposal includes milestones, review points and any dependencies that affect delivery.
Can you work with clients in different countries?
Yes. Our focus is Eritrean entrepreneurs and organizations worldwide. Communication times, responsibilities and delivery arrangements are agreed for each project.
Do I need a complete technical specification?
No. You can start with the problem you want to solve. Discovery helps us turn that into a practical brief with clear priorities.
Who owns the completed work?
The project agreement defines ownership and handover. It identifies the agreed custom source files, design assets and access, along with any third-party licenses.
Who provides the website content?
We agree content responsibilities before work starts. You provide accurate business information and approved assets; writing, editing or translation can be included when scoped.
How are revisions handled?
Your proposal sets out review points and revision rounds. A change beyond the agreed scope is discussed before additional work begins.
What happens after launch?
